Türkiye museum and attraction tickets — quick answers
Heritage Türkiye sells dated entry tickets for 18 museums, monuments and archaeological sites in İstanbul, Antalya, İzmir and Nevşehir. Tickets arrive as a QR code by e-mail and are scanned at the gate.

Do I need to book tickets in advance for Istanbul's museums and monuments?
Not always, but a dated e-ticket removes the ticket-office queue: book online, receive a QR code by e-mail, and go straight to the entrance. Same-day online sales close at 17:00 Istanbul time (UTC+3); after that the earliest bookable date is tomorrow.
Are these official entry tickets?
They are valid entry tickets for the site you choose, sold at the operator's published face value. Heritage Türkiye is an independent authorised ticket distributor — not a government body, and not the operator of any museum or monument listed here.
How much are tickets for Hagia Sophia, Topkapı Palace and the Basilica Cistern?

How do I receive my ticket?
As a PDF with a QR code by e-mail, usually within a minute of payment, with a copy on the confirmation page. Show it on your phone at the gate; printing is not required.
Does a ticket let me skip the security line?
No. A ticket skips the ticket-office queue only. Airport-style security screening applies to every visitor and cannot be bypassed.
Can I cancel or change my booking?
Bookings are final: once payment is confirmed the visit date cannot be cancelled, changed or refunded, and this website has no self-service cancellation or refund form. The exception is entry we cannot deliver — if the operator closes the site or cannot admit you for reasons within its control, you may choose a full refund or a free change of date.
Which payment methods and currency are accepted?
Card payment through Stripe, or Alipay. Prices are shown and charged in euros (EUR); Alipay settles the equivalent in yuan at checkout.
